Pavandeep has worked in the field of Education for over 20 years, with over 10 years of Senior Leadership experience and specialism within Special needs and behaviours. As director of the pastoral teams, she has supported adults and young people alike with any barriers to development, ensuring that all needs are met and developed to real one’s full potential. She fully believes in transforming lives by empowering those that she works with. As an experienced educational practitioner, coach, mentor, facilitator and trainer with a person-centred approach, Pavandeep has worked in schools, workplaces and within the community to build high performing teams and resilience amongst those who she works with. She is passionate about working with children, young people, couples and individuals to impact positively on well-being, mindset, performance, individual growth and emotional wellbeing. She incorporates a range of techniques into her into practice to meet individual needs.
Previous roles have included Vice Principal, Head of English, Head of Communications, Pastoral Head and Year Director. She has led whole school initiatives in raising aspiration, achievement and developing mindset.
Pavandeep is the Trustee and Founder of The Heera Foundation Charity which raises awareness of Mental Health Support and mindfulness and has trained as a Mental Health First Aider. Through her own experience of losing key family members, she works with individuals with bereavement and loss as well as leading group sessions on grief. She leads women’s development sessions, personal development programmes for children and young people and men’s well-being groups, family therapy groups, where she empowers with focus on experience, mindset, changing habits, removing barriers to reaching one’s goals and focussing on lifestyle to reach your potential. In all scenarios, she enhances one’s self-awareness to better understand oneself to make better choices. She is non- judgemental in her approach and creates safe spaces and environments for all to thrive, believing that wellbeing is the foundation for success and provides the skills and confidence to build resilience and seek solutions.
