We believe in your ability to face, experience, and survive the unknown, and that your experience can help us improve our service and aid others on their journeys.
For talking therapies with your therapist/counsellor, these can take place at all our sites. All assessments and meetings with your Psychiatrist will take place either over the internet or at our Leicester clinic (whatever is preferable to you).

A clinician will meet you in the lobby area. If there is an appointment overrun, they may not be able to do this and instead please give us a call; we will notify the clinician and, when possible, let you into the building remotely.
Once you arrive please press ‘12’ follow by ‘*’ on the reception intercom system or call us and we will let you in.
We are on the second floor. You can take the lift or the stairs.
Parking
We recommend street parking. You will find nearby paid street parking on ‘King street’, ‘Princess Road West’, ‘Crescent Street’ and ‘West Street’ and ‘Marlborough Street’.
You can use the PaybyPhone app to pay for parking.

👋 Arrival Information
Between 9am and 5pm, a receptionist will be available to let you into the lounge, where your therapist will come to collect you.
Outside these hours, please wait outside, and your therapist will meet you there.

On-site visitor parking is available at Foxhall Lodge.
Additional street parking can be found nearby on Gregory Boulevard.

The front car park offers 2 hours free parking.
The rear car park is also free — access it by driving through the steel gates.
Look for the designated visitor spaces marked ‘Visitors’, and sign in when you enter the building from the rear.
