Being an active and attentive listener Nadine shows compassion and consideration towards her clients to create a comfortable atmosphere where you feel reassured, unjudged and able to talk with ease.
Nadine tailors her sessions to you, whilst incorporating cognitive psychotherapies, solution-focused therapies, mindfulness techniques and other approaches to discover the necessary resources needed to co-construct a practical and sustainable solution that you can implement.
Nadine uses an holistic approach that is unique to your journey, to understand your difficulties, develop coping or management strategies, and increase your confidence and overall well-being.
Nadine has a BSc (Hons) Level 6 degree in Psychology with a focus on Mental Health. This pathway specialised in areas revolving around biological perspectives on mental health, addictive behaviours, contesting mental illness, distress and psychological well-being. She works with young people between the ages of 16-25.
Growing up in London, she has been exposed to a diversity of backgrounds, ages and ideologies revolving around various matters such as conflict, trauma, depression, and mental-health difficulties. Her life and work experiences have broadened her insight, empathy and understanding towards many people and their individual cultural differences.
Nadine is dedicated to helping young people. To ensure she is providing the best care, Nadine continuously expands her understanding of mental health research and practice through educational advancement, supervision and consistently keeping up to date on new developments in the field.
